Built in 1931 as the headquarters of Huron and Erie Savings and Loan (now TD Canada Trust), 220 Dundas Street was once the tallest office tower in the region.
While the 9-story building retains many of the original art deco embellishments, its communication infrastructure has been upgraded to meet all modern office requirements.
Situated on the intersection of Dundas and Clarence, it is in easy walking distance to all downtown amenities, as well as City Hall and Victoria Park.
Parking is available. On major bus routes.
